MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 762, October 13, 1970 ] EXTENDING THE EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE NATIONAL LEAGUE OF PUERICULTURE CENTERS OF THE PHILIPPINES (NLPC), INC. TO DECEMBER 30, 1970. WHEREAS, the National League of Puericulture Centers of the Philippines (NLPC), Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 727 dated July 29, 1970, to conduct a nationwide educational and fund campaign from July 15 to September 15, 1970; and WHEREAS, the NLPC needs additional time for the conduct of a more productive educational and fund campaign. NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the educational and fund campaign of the National League of Puericulture Centers of the Philippines for the period from November 30 to December 30, 1970.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
