DECLARING ALL WATERSHEDS AND LAKES WITHIN WATERSHED RESERVATIONS AS GAME REFUGE AND BIRD SANCTUARIES.
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare all watersheds, lakes and inland waters within watershed reservations as game refuge and bird sanctuaries.1aшphi1 The hunting, taking or killing within said watersheds, lakes and inland waters of any of the wild mammals or birds, specified in Act No. 2590, as amended, is hereby prohibited; PROVIDED, however, that fishing therein may be allowed subject to the rules and regulations that may be promulgated by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, upon the recommendation of the Director of Parks and Wildlife and the Commissioner of Fisheries.
