CALLING THE CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES TO A THIRD SPECIAL SESSION.
WHEREAS, the public interest requires that the Congress of the Philippines be convened in a third special session in order to consider other legislative measures of urgent nature;
NOW, THEREFORE, I FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby call the Congress of the Philippines to a third special session for such number of days as may be necessary not exceeding thirty (30) days commencing on September 7, 1970 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning, to consider, among others the members may consider wise to act on, the following bills:
