DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 1970, AS “ARAW NG OLONGAPO.”

In order to secure the cooperation and participation, as well as enhance the interest, of Olongapo residents in the history and progress of their city, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines* do hereby declare Thursday, September 3, 1970, as “Araw ng Olongapo.”
