DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 1970, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN BAGUIO CITY.
WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 1, 1970, marks the 61st charter anniversary of Baguio City; and
WHEREAS, the people of that city should be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 1, 1970, as a Special public holiday in Baguio City.
