RESERVING FOR HOUSING PROJECT PURPOSES OF THE FOREIGN TRADE ZONE A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIVELES, PROVINCE OF BATAAN, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and by virtue of the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), the Social Security System (SSS) and the Foreign Trade Zone Authority (FTZA), to be developed by them into a housing project for persons employed within the Foreign Trade Zone in Mariveles, Bataan, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Mariveles, province of Bataan, island of Luzon, which is more particularly described as follows:

A Parcel of Land (Lot 626-P Mariveles Cad.), situated in the barrio of Paniquian, municipality of Mariveles, province of Bataan, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the W., N. and E., by Lot 626-P, Mariveles Cadastre; and on the S., along line 4-5 by Lot 622, Mariveles Cadastre; along line 5-6 by Lot 626-(P), Mariveles Cadastre; along lines 6-7-8-9-10 by Lot 624, Mariveles Cadastre; and along line 10-1 by Lot 626-P, Mariveles Cadastre.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being identical to corner 2 of Lot 622, Cad. 243;

thence N. 15 deg. 58' E., 1,360.00 m. to point 2;

thence Due East, 845.00 m. to point 3;

thence Due South, 1,315.50 m. to point 4;

thence Due West, 1,220.00 m. to point 5:

thence N. 68 deg. 28' E., 834.90 m. to point 6;

thence N. 3 deg 50' E., 438.00 m. to point 7;

thence N. 79 deg. 20' W., 134.90 m. to point 8;

thence S. 19 deg. 45' W., 319.85 m. to point 9;

thence S. 54 deg. 55' W, 275.00 m. to point 10;

thence S. 08 deg. 28' W., 835.00 m. to point 1,

point of beginning; containing an area of one hundred (100.00) hectares.

All points referred to are indicated on the plan, as surveyed.

Housing units within the housing project shall be sold, leased or otherwise disposed of exclusively to bona fide employees of enterprises established and operating within the Foreign Trade Zone, employees of the National Shipyards and Steel Corporation (NASSCO) and employees of the Foreign Trade Zone Authority. The FTZA shall, in coordination with the SSS and the GSIS, administer and manage the housing project, and shall certify to said entities the persons qualified to purchase or acquire and occupy the housing units.

The GSIS, the SSS and the FTZA shall delineate the areas to be allocated to and developed by each of them, and shall cooperate with one another to assure efficient planning and expeditious completion of the housing project.1aшphi1
