MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 733, August 6, 1970 ] DECLARING MONDAY, AUGUST 17, 1970, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF PASAY. In order to afford the residents of Pasay City the opportunity to celebrate the City’s charter anniversary which falls on August 16, 1970, with appropriate ceremonies, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Monday, August 17, 1970, as a special public holiday in the City of Pasay.
