In order to give the residents of the City of San Jose the opportunity to celebrate, with appropriate ceremonies, the 1st anniversary of their City’s Charter, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Monday, August 10, 1970, as a special public holiday in San Jose City.
