AUTHORIZING THE NATIONAL LEAGUE OF PUERICULTURE CENTERS OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN FROM JULY 15 TO SEPTEMBER 15, 1970.

WHEREAS, the National League of Puericulture Centers of the Philippines, Inc. continues to serve the masses through its 802 puericulture centers and maternity houses all over the country; and

WHEREAS, the movement needs full support and assistance to enable it to carry on with its humanitarian mission;

NOW THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the National League of Puericulture Centers of the Philippines, Inc., to conduct a national educational and fund campaign from July 15 to September 15, 1970.1aшphi1
