DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 14, 1970, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN.

WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 14, 1970, marks the twentieth anniversary of the foundation of the City of Cabanatuan; and

WHEREAS, the people of said city should be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PONCIANO G. A. MATHAY, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 14, 1970, as a special public holiday in the City of Cabanatuan.
