EXTENDING THE PERIOD OF THE CHILDREN’S MUSEUM AND LIBRARY, INC. EDUCATIONAL, MEMBERSHIP AND FUND DRIVE UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1970.

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 661, dated March 6, 1970, authorized the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc. to conduct its 1970 Educational, Membership and Fund Campaign during the period from March 1 to July 31, 1970; and

WHEREAS, difficulties encountered in the organization of the campaign make it necessary that some of the fund raising events be scheduled beyond July 31, 1970;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PONCIANO G. A. MATHAY, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the 1970 Educational, Membership and fund campaign of the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc. up to December 31, 1970.1aшphi1
