RESERVING AS SITE FOR PORT DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES A PORTION OF THE COASTAL AREA AT THE PORT OF SURIGAO, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested upon me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for port development purposes under the administration, supervision and control of the Bureau of Customs subject to private rights if any there be, a portion of the coastal area at the Port of Surigao, Province of Surigao covering an area of about 2.41 hectares and more particularly described as follows (pending the actual survey of the boundary by a more precise instrument and establishment of the permanent corners):

Beginning at a point mark “1”, which is in the directions S 35° 17' E, away from B.L.L.M. No. 1 Surigao Cadastre, with a distance of 978.63 meters;

Thence, N 63° 41' E, a distance of 21.00 meters to point 2;

Thence, S 48° 03' E, a distance of 129.25 meters to point 3;

Thence, S 40° 47' W, a distance of 211.00 meters to point 4;

Thence, S 58° 22' W, a distance of 248.00 meters to point 5;

Thence, N 31° 38' W, a distance of 58.00 meters to point 6;

Thence, N 65° 00' W, a distance of 187.62 meters to point 7;

Thence, N 64° 29' E, a distance of 14.58 meters to point 8;

Thence, N 59° 26' E, a distance of 14.26 meters to point 9;

Thence, N 51° 33' E, a distance of 47.88 meters to point 10;

Thence, N 45° 52' E, a distance of 9.92 meters to point 11;
