EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 63, DATED AUGUST 6, 1925, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE GOVERNMENT CENTER RESERVATION AND PROCLAMATION NO. 64, SERIES OF 1925 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE BURNHAM PARK RESERVATION, BOTH SITUATED IN BAGUIO CITY, CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME, TOGETHER WITH OTHER PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE SAME CITY, OPEN TO DISPOSITION FOR TOURISM PURPOSES UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 3038 AND COMMONWEALTH ACT 141, AS AMENDED.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 63, dated August 6, 1925, which established the government center reservation and Proclamation No. 64, series of 1925, which established the Burnham Park Reservation, both situated in Baguio City, certain portions (Lot 126-A, Ir-261; Lot 2, Ir-261; Lot “Y” and Lot “X”) of the land embraced therein and declare the same, together with other parcels of land (Lots 114-A, 3, 128, 115, 125, 126-B, 114-B and 1, Ir-261) of the public and private domain of the government as indicated hereunder situated in the same city, open to disposition for tourism purposes under the provisions of Act 3038 and Commonwealth Act 141, as amended, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:
