DECLARING THURSDAY, JUNE 18, 1970, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN GINGOOG CITY

In order to give the people of Gingoog City full opportunity to celebrate the 10th charter anniversary of their city, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare June 18, 1970, as a special public holiday in Gingoog City.
