RESERVING FOR SETTLEMENT PURPOSES OF THE NATIONAL CULTURAL MINORITIES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BANGA, KIAMBA AND SURALLAH PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for settlement purposes of the National Cultural Minorities, subject to private rights, if any there be, to future classification and survey and to the provisions for Executive Order No. 113, series of 1955, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the municipalities of Banga, Kiamba and Surallah, province of South Cotabato, island of Mindanao, containing an area of five thousand two hundred twenty four (5,224) hectares, more or less, and more particularly described as follows:
