AUTHORIZING THE KIWANIS CLUB OF MAKATI TO CONDUCT A FUND DRIVE FROM JUNE 1 TO OCTOBER 31, 1970.

WHEREAS, the Kiwanis Club of Makati is involved in various projects for the retarded and physically handicapped wards of Elsie Gaches Village in Alabang, Rizal; and

WHEREAS, the organization needs the moral and financial support of the public to enable it to carry out its mission;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Kiwanis Club of Makati to conduct a fund drive for the purpose of undertaking the building of several cottages in and providing for essential needs of the wards of Elsie Gaches Village in Alabang, Rizal.1aшphi1
