DECLARING MONDAY, JUNE 15, 1970, AS A SPECIALALEJANDRO MELCHOR
PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN SILANG, CAVITE

WHEREAS, Monday, June 15, 1970, marks the birthday anniversary of General Vito Belarmino, one of our able generals during the revolution against Spain and the Philippine American Wars; and

WHEREAS, the people of Silang, Cavite, his birthplace, should be given full opportunity to celebrate his birthday with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Monday, June 15, 1970, as a special public holiday in Silang, Cavite.
