DECLARING TUESDAY, MAY 12, 1970, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN ROXAS CITY

WHEREAS, Tuesday, May 12, 1970, marks the anniversary of the foundation of the City of Roxas; and

WHEREAS, the people of that city should be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Tuesday, May 12, 1970 as a special public holiday in Roxas City.
