DECLARING THURSDAY, MAY 7, 1970, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN SAN PABLO CITY
WHEREAS, Thursday, May 7, 1970, marks the thirtieth anniversary of the charter of San Pablo City; and
WHEREAS, the people of that city should be given full opportunity to celebrate, this milestone in their City’s history;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Thursday, May 7, 1970, as a special public holiday in San Pablo City.1aшphi1
