EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 260 DATED JUNE 22, 1951, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE MINDORO AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VICTORIA, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, ISLAND OF MINDORO, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR HORTICULTURAL RESEARCH CENTER SITE PURPOSES OF THE BUREAU OF PLANT INDUSTRY.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 260, dated June 22, 1951, which established the Mindoro Agricultural School site reservation situated in the Municipality of Victoria, Province of Oriental Mindoro, Island of Mindoro, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for horticultural research center site purposes under the administration of the Director of Plant Industry, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, which portion is more particularly described as follows:
Portion of Lot 1, Nr-113-D
(Proposed reservation for horticultural research center site of the Bureau of Plant Industry.)
A parcel of land (the Proposed Reservation for HORTICULTURAL RESEARCH CENTER SITE OF THE BUREAU OF PLANT INDUSTRY, being a portion of Lot 1 of plan Nr-113-D), situated in the Barrio of Alcate, Municipality of Victoria, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
Bounded on the SW. and W., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7, by Mag-asawang Tubig River; and on the N., SE. and S., along lines 7-8-9-1, by remaining portion of Lot 1 of plan Nr-113-D.
Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being identical to Corner 36 of Let 1 of plan NR-113-D,
thence N. 36 deg. 48 min. W., 89.92 meters to point 2;
thence N. 10 deg. 54 min. W., 406.67 meters to point 3;
thence N. 22 deg. 13 min. W., 409.90 meters to point 4;
thence N. 5 deg. 30 min. E., 258.77 meters to point 5;
thence N. 0 deg. 25 min. W., 421.29 meters to point 6;
thence N. 23 deg. 31 min. E., 416.39 meters to point 7;
thence S. 77 deg. 50 min. E., 2,557.26 meters to point 8;
thence S. 50 deg. 54 min. W., 2,332.22 meters to point 9;
thence N. 80 deg. 33 min. W., 600.00 meters to the point of
beginning; containing an approximate area of Three million one hundred sixty-one thousand four hundred and seventy-eight (3,161,478) square meters.1aшphi1
