EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 461 DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 1965, OVER A CERTAIN PIECE OF LAND SITUATED IN FORT BONIFACIO, MUNICIPALITY OF MAKATI, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, ISLAND OF LUZON, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR THE UNIVERSITY CENTER PURPOSES UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 461 dated September 29, 1965, which reserved land for the AFP Officers Village, situated in Fort Bonifacio, Municipality of Makati, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for University Center purposes under the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, which portion is more particularly described as follows:
Portion of PARCEL 3, Psu-2031
A parcel of land (the proposed site of the University Center, situated in Fort Bonifacio, Municipality of Makati, Province of Rizal. Bounded on the N. and E. along points 1-4 by the remaining portion of the land reserved for the AFP Officers Village under Proclamation No. 461 dated September 29, 1965; on the W. along points 4-11 by Pedro P. Roxas and on the S. along 11-1 by the Philippine National Railways. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 79 deg., 16' E., 2,344.22 meters from BLLM No. 1, Pasay Cadastre;
