DESIGNATING THE PERIOD FROM JUNE 1 TO AUGUST 15, 1970 FOR THE TWENTY-SECOND ANNUAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE COMMUNITY CHEST.
To enable the Community Chest to carry on the funding of community welfare services, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate the period from June 1 to August 15, 1970, for its twenty-second annual educational and fund campaign.
I call upon all residents, firms and organizations especially in the City of Manila, Quezon City, Pasay City, Caloocan City and municipalities of Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Navotas, Las Piñas, Paranaque, Pasig and San Juan, Province of Rizal, to support this campaign and to give generously to the Community Chest which unites into one annual appeal the 35 fund campaigns of the following welfare agencies:
