DECLARING THURSDAY, APRIL 2, 1970, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN.
WHEREAS, Thursday, April 2, 1970, marks the anniversary of the birth of Francisco Balagtas, Prince of Filipino poets; and
WHEREAS, the people of Bulacan, his birthplace, should be given full opportunity to celebrate the day with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Thursday, April 2, 1970, as a special public holiday in the province of Bulacan.1aшphi1
