RESERVING FOR ICE AND COLD STORAGE PLANT AND LABORATORY SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED AT JOLO, SULU, ISLAND OF JOLO, UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE FISHERIES COMMISSION.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 63 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for Ice and Cold Storage Plant and Laboratory Building site purposes, under the administration of the Philippine Fisheries Commission, subject to private rights, if any there be, a parcel of land of the public domain, situated in Port Area, Jolo, Sulu, more particularly described in Bureau of Lands Plan NR-240, as follows:
A parcel of land (as shown on plan Nr-240), situated in the District of Port Area, Municipality of Jolo, Province of Sulu, Island of Jolo, bounded on the NW., along line 1-2, by Reclamation Area (under water) and Proposed Boulevard (Reclamation Area, under water); on the SE. and SW., along lines 2-3-4, by Reclamation Area (under water); and on the NW. and N. along lines 4-5-6-1, by Proposed Road (Reclamation Area, under water). Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 12 deg. 31 min. W., 517.55 meters from B.L.L.M. 2, Mt. Dajo Cadastre,

Wall; bearing true; date of survey, March 1-29, 1968 and approved on July 22, 1969.
NOTE: This survey is within Sulu Sea and is outside Mt. Dajo Cadastre.
