MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 660, March 8, 1970 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL AND HOUSING PROJECT SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF TONDO, CITY OF MANILA. Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested upon me by Section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, as amended, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale of settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Director of Public Schools, a portion of that certain parcel of land of the private domain of the, Government covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 47-161 consisting of 6000 square meters, and for housing project site purposes under the administration of the General Manager of the People’s Homesite and Housing Corporation certain parcels of land of the private domain of the Government covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Nos. 47464 (remaining portion), 47462 and 47463 consisting of 6,107.10 square meters, all of which are situated in the District of Tondo, City of Manila, subject to private rights, if any there be.
