MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 657, February 21, 1970 ] REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 525 DATED DECEMBER 29, 1965, WHICH EXCLUDED CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND FROM THE GOVERNMENT CENTER RESERVATION IN ZAMBOANGA CITY AND REVERTING THE SAME PARCELS AS PART OF THE GOVERNMENT CENTER RESERVATION. By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 525 dated December 29, 1965, which excluded certain parcels of land from the government center reservation in Zamboanga City (Petit Barracks) and opened the same to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, and revert the same parcels, subject to private rights, if any there be, as government center reservation.
