DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 1970, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN BAGO CITY

WHEREAS, Thursday, February 19, 1970, marks the anniversary of the Charter of Bago City; and

WHEREAS, the people of the City should be given opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Thursday, February 19, 1970, as a special public holiday in Bago City.
