AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 648 DATED JANUARY 24. 1970, ENTITLED “DECLARING FEBRUARY SIXTEEN OF EVERY YEAR AS CALOOCAN DAY” BY DECLARING FEBRUARY SIXTEEN AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN CALOOCAN CITY.
Proclamation No. 648 dated January 24, 1970, is hereby amended by declaring February 16, 1970, as a Special Public Holiday in Caloocan City.
