DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM MARCH 2 TO 8, 1970, AS “NATIONAL PRESS WEEK” FOR 1970
WHEREAS, National Press Week is celebrated during the second week of February of every year pursuant to Proclamation No. 191 dated January 9, 1964; and
WHEREAS, the Press has requested the transfer of the celebration of the Week this year to the period from March 2 to 8, 1970:
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ERNESTO M. MACEDA, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, pursuant to law, do hereby declare the period from March 2 to 8, 1970, as “National Press Week”.1aшphi1
