DECLARING JANUARY 31, 1970, AS SPECIAL HOLIDAY IN NASUGBU, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, January 31, 1970, marks the 25th anniversary of the airborne landing of liberating forces in Nasugbu, Batangas; and

WHEREAS, the people of that municipality should be given opportunity to celebrate this historical event with appropriate, ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ERNESTO M. MACEDA, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare January 31, 1970, as a special public holiday in the municipality of Nasugbu, Batangas.
