EXTENDING THE PHILIPPINE MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION FUND DRIVE UP TO APRIL 30, 1970.

WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Health Association (PMHA) was authorized under Proclamation No. 603 dated September 5, 1969, to conduct a fund drive up to December 31, 1969; and

WHEREAS, said organization needs more time for the conduct of its drive;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ERNESTO M. MACEDA, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the fund drive of the Philippine Mental Health Association up to April 30, 1970.
