DECLARING TUESDAY, JANUARY 6, 1970 AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF TOLEDO.

WHEREAS, Tuesday, January 6, 1970 marks the anniversary of the City Charter of Toledo City; and

WHEREAS, the people of said City should be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their City’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ERNESTO M. MACEDA, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Tuesday, January 6, 1970, as a special public holiday in Toledo City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
