DECLARING FRIDAY, JANUARY 2, 1970, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN LA CARLOTA CITY.
WHEREAS, Friday, January 2, 1970, marks the anniversary of the charter of La Corlota City; and
WHEREAS, the people of that city should be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ERNESTO M. MACEDA, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Friday, January 2, 1970, as a special public holiday in La Corlota City.
