FURTHER EXTENDING THE EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE AMATEUR SWIMMING ASSOCIATION.

WHEREAS, the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association was authorized under Proclamation No. 567 dated June 11, 1969, to extend its educational and fund campaign up to December 31, 1969; and

WHEREAS, the Association needs additional time to raise more funds to achieve its goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ERNESTO M. MACEDA, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the educational and fund campaign of the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association up to June 30, 1970.
