MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 626, November 6, 1969 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 625 DATED NOVEMBER 5, 1969 Proclamation No. 625 dated November 5, 1969, is hereby amended so as to include November 8, 1969, as a special public holiday to give personnel of certain government offices and private firms opportunity to go home to their respective provinces and exercise their right of suffrage.
