DECLARING FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7, AND MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 1969, AS SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

Pursuant to the authority vested in me under Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Friday, November 7, and Monday, November 10, 1969, as special public holidays to give personnel of government and private firms opportunity to go home to their respective provinces and exercise their right of suffrage.
