EXTENDING THE QUEZON MEMORIAL CIRCLE DEVELOPMENT AND BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE FUND DRIVE UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1969.

WHEREAS, the Quezon Memorial Circle Development and Beautification Committee was authorized to conduct a fund drive up to September 15, 1969; and

WHEREAS, the organization needs additional time for the conduct of its drive;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the fund campaign of the Quezon Memorial Circle Development and Beautification Committee up to December 31, 1969.
