RECLASSIFYING THAT PORTION OF THE FORMER COMMUNAL LAND SITUATED AT BARRIO SAN RAFAEL, MUNICIPALITY OF MONTALBAN, PROVINCE OF RIZAL KNOWN AS PORTION NO. II “CN-F-1252” CONTAINING AN AREA OF 172 HECTARES MORE OR LESS AND RESERVING THE SAME TO FORM PART OF THE PATRIMONIAL PROPERTY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONTALBAN.
Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry duly approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to Section 69 of the Public Land Act, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby proclaim and grant that portion of the former communal forest, disestablishment under FAO No. 2-937, dated May 21, 1969, situated at Barrio San Rafael, Municipality of Montalban, Province of Rizal, which is more particularly described as follows:
