EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 63 DATED AUGUST 6, 1925, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE GOVERNMENT CENTER RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR DEMONSTRATION AND TRAINING CENTER SITE PURPOSES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS,President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 63 dated August 6, 1925, which established the government center reservation situated in the City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for demonstration and training center site purposes under the administration of the Secretary of Social Welfare, subject to private rights, if any there be, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2, by the Girl Scout of the Philippines (Sgs-3057): on the NW., along line 2-3, by Session Road, on the NE., along line 3-4, by Lot 4 (portion), CSD-5533 (Government Center Reservation, Proclamation No. 63); and on the SE., along line 4-1, by North drive. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 42 deg. 10 min. E., 348.41 meters from Triangulation Station HAPPY, Baguio Townsite.1aшphi1

thence N. 64 deg. 33 min.	W., 39.34 meters to point 2;
thence N. 24 deg. 32 min.	E., 49.20 meters to point 3;
thence S. 55 deg. 57 min.	E., 48.42 meters to point 4;
thence S. 35 deg. 56 min.	W., 42.66 meters to point of

beginning; containing an area of Two Thousand 12.000 Square Meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: points 1 and 2 Old B.L. Cyl. Cone. Mons.; and points 3 and 4, by B.L. Cyl. Cons Mons.; bearings true; date of survey, Nov. 7 & 8, 1967 and approved on Nov. 20, 1968.

NOTE: This survey is a portion of Lot 4, Csd 533 Proclamation No. 63. s. 1925.
