DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 1969, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF BAIS.

WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 10, 1969 marks the first anniversary of the character of the City of Bais; and

WHEREAS, the people of the city should be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 10, 1969, as a special public holiday in the City of Bais.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
