DESIGNATING THE PERIOD PROM SEPTEMBER 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 1969, FOR THE 1969 NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP AND EDUCATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION, INC. (PMHA).

WHEREAS, good mental health is essential in enabling people to adjust to ever changing conditions, situations and to contribute to the common task of nation building:

WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc, (PMHA) has demonstrated the value and importance of good mental health and in the preventive, curative and rehabilitative aspects of mental illness; and

WHEREAS, the more members are enrolled in the movement, the greater and the wider the. scope of its educational campaign for good mental health;

NOW THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby designate the period from September 1 to December 31, 1969 as the period for the 1969 National Membership and Educational Fund Campaign of the PMHA. I call upon all government officials, employees, citizens and residents to assist in this campaign and to give it their wholehearted support.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
