DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 1969, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA.

WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 3, 1969, marks the first anniversary of the formal organization of the Government of the City of Iriga.

WHEREAS, the people of Iriga City should be afforded an opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 3, 1969, as a special public holiday in the City of Iriga.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
