MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 596-A, August 21, 1969 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 563 DATED MAY 23, 1969, ENTITLED “DECLARING A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN THE ISLANDS OF SIARGAO AND BUCAS GRANDE.” Proclamation No. 563 dated May 23, 1969, entitled “Declaring a State of Public Calamity in the Islands of Siargao and Bucas Grande,” is hereby amended by including the Province of Surigao del Norte in the area covered by the said proclamation.
