DECLARING FRIDAY, AUGUST 29, 1969, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF COTABATO.

WHEREAS, Friday, August 29, 1969, marks the 10th anniversary of the charter of Cotabato City; and

WHEREAS, the people of Cotabato City should be afforded an opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Friday, August 29, 1969, as a special public holiday in the City of Cotabato.1aшphi1
