MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 590, August 9, 1969 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 132 DATED DECEMBER 6, 1966, ENTITLED “ESTABLISHING A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARMEN, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN, AS A CIVIL RESERVATION FOR THE HIGA-ONON TRIBESMEN OF MINDANAO.” Proclamation No. 132 dated December 6, 1966, establishing a parcel of land of the public domain situated in the municipality of Carmen, Province of Agusan, as a civil reservation for the Higa-onon tribesmen of Mindanao, is hereby amended so as to transfer the administration over the civil reservation from the Department of National Defense to the Commission on National Integration and the Provincial Government of Agusan.
