DECLARING SATURDAY, AUGUST 16, 1969, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF PASAY.

WHEREAS, Saturday, August 16, 1969, marks the 22nd anniversary of the Charter of Pasay City; and

WHEREAS, the people of Pasay City should be afforded an opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Saturday, August 16, 1969, as a special public holiday in the City of Pasay.1aшphi1
