EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 421, DATED JULY 24, 1939, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIVITY COMMISSION (FORMERLY BUREAU OF PLANT INDUSTRY) PLANT PROPAGATION STATION RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANSALAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, A PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAID PORTION FOR EMERGENCY HOSPITAL SITE PURPOSES.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 421, dated July 24, 1939, which established the Agricultural Productivity Commission (formerly Bureau of Plant Industry) plant propagation station reservation situated in the municipality of Bansalan, province of Davao del Sur, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for emergency hospital site purposes of Davao del Sur under the administration of the Director of Hospitals, subject to private rights, if any there be, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

Lot 2400-A (Proposed Hospital Site)

A parcel of land (Lot 2400-A of the subdivision plan, being a portion of Lot 2400 of the cadastral survey of Sta. Cruz), situated in the Municipality of Bansalan, Province of Davao del Sur. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2, by Lot 2400-B of the subdivision plan; on the SE., along line 2-3, by Road; on the SW., along line 3-4, by Lot 2884, Sta. Cruz Cad.; and on the NW., along line 4-1, by Lot 2400-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1”, being S. 74 deg. 11 min. W., 985.76 meters from B.L.L.M. 62, Sta. Cruz Cad.,

thence S. 46 deg. 26 min. E., 205.70 meters to point 2;

thence S. 41 deg. 48 min. W., 194.60 meters to point 3;

thence N. 46 deg. 26 min. W., 205.67 meters to point 4;

thence N. 41 deg. 48 min. E., 194.56 meters to point of beginning; containing an area of forty thousand (40,000) square meters, more or less.
