DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 23, 1969, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN BATANGAS PROVINCE, BATANGAS CITY AND LIPA CITY

WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 23, 1969, marks the birthday of Apolinario Mabini, the Sublime Paralytic, whose ideals and principles in life are now the nation’s treasured legacy; and

WHEREAS, the people of his province should be given the opportunity to celebrate his birth anniversary with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 23, 1969, as a public holiday in Batangas province, Batangas City and Lipa City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
