EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE ELKS CEREBRAL PALSY PROJECT, INC.

WHEREAS, the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc. was authorized under Proclamation No. 520, dated February 12, 1969, to conduct a national educational and fund campaign from May 1 to June 30, 1969; and

WHEREAS, the organization needs additional time for the conduct of its campaign to realize its campaign goal for the operation of its clinics;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational and fund campaign of the Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc. up to September 30, 1969.1aшphi1
