DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 11, 1969, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN VALENZUELA, BULACAN

WHEREAS, Friday, July 11, 1969, marks the birthday centenary of Dr. Pio Valenzuela, one of the pillars of the Philippine revolution against Spain and exemplary public servant; and

WHEREAS, the people of Valenzuela, Bulacan, should be afforded an opportunity to render homage to the illustrious hero;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Friday, July 11, 1369, as a special public holiday in Valenzuela, Bulacan.1aшphi1
